The present application discloses a telescopic mechanism, comprising: a first housing; a second housing sleeved in the first housing and movable between an extended position and a retracted position relative to the first housing; an engagement member at least partially arranged in the second housing, and engageable the second housing in the extended position. The present application also discloses a baby bed.

A telescopic mechanism, wherein the telescopic mechanism comprises:
- a first housing;
- a second housing sleeved in the first housing and movable between an extended position and a retracted position relative to the first housing;
