Abstract
Provided is a method for recycling a used PET film with ceramic adherent to a surface thereof. The method for recycling a used PET film includes a repelleting step and a molding step. In the repelleting step, the used PET film is repelleted to make pellets. In the molding step, the pellets made in the repelleting step are used to form a resin molded product.
Claims10
A method for recycling a used PET film with ceramic adherent to a surface thereof, the method comprising:
- a repelleting step of repelleting the used PET film to make pellets;
- and
- a molding step of using the pellets made in the repelleting step to form a resin molded product.
A pellet made using a used PET film with ceramic adherent to a surface thereof, the pellet being made by repelleting the used PET film.
A sliding component for an image forming apparatus, the sliding component being produced using a used PET film with ceramic adherent to a surface thereof,
- wherein the used PET film contains at least PET and silicon resin, and
- the sliding component is molded using pellets made by repelleting the used PET film after the ceramic adherent to the surface of the used PET film has been mechanically removed with the silicon resin left in the used PET film.
