Information transmission method, terminal device and network device

A terminal device, comprising a memory, a processor and a transceiver;

• wherein the transceiver is configured to implement communication with a network device;
• the memory stores a computer program that is executable on the processor;
• and
• the processor, when executing the program in combination with the transceiver, is configured to perform:
• determining third indication information, wherein the third indication information is used for indicating transmission information of a first channel;
• the transmission information comprises one or more of spatial information associated with the first channel, precoding indication information, transmission layer number information, or sounding reference signal (SRS) resource indication information;
• and
• transmitting the first channel based on the transmission information.

A network device, comprising:

• a memory, a processor and a transceiver;
• wherein the transceiver is configured to implement communication with a terminal device;
• the memory stores a computer program that is executable on the processor;
• and
• the processor, when executing the program in combination with the transceiver, is configured to perform:
• in a case where time domain resources of a plurality of physical uplink control channels (PUCCHs) of a terminal device partially or completely overlap with time domain resources of one or more physical uplink shared channels (PUSCHs), expecting uplink control information (UCI) carried by the plurality of PUCCHs to be multiplexed onto the one or more PUSCHs for transmission, or expecting to receive the plurality of PUCCHs and expecting not to receive a PUSCH among the one or more PUSCHs that has a time domain resource overlapping with the time domain resources of the plurality of PUCCHs;
• wherein the plurality of PUCCHs are transmitted based on same or different spatial information;
• a plurality of PUSCHs among the one or more PUSCHs are transmitted based on different spatial information, or a plurality of transmission layer sets of any one PUSCH among the one or more PUSCHs are transmitted based on different spatial information.
