A user equipment (UE), comprising:

• at least one transceiver;
• at least one memory;
• and
• at least one processor operably connectable to the at least one transceiver and the at least one memory,
• wherein the at least one memory stores instructions that, based on being executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
• determining whether an uplink channel transmission is performed in a specific slot comprising a plurality of symbols in a time domain based on an uplink channel transmission symbol is overlapped with a synchronization signal/physical broadcast channel (SS/PBCH) reception symbol in the specific slot;
• and
• including the specific slot in available slots for the uplink channel transmission based on determining that the uplink channel transmission is to be performed.
