A battery comprising a battery cover,

• wherein the battery cover comprises:
• a cover assembly provided with a first through hole;
• a first electrode terminal attached to the cover assembly;
• and
• a first electrode pole penetrating through the first through hole, wherein a first end of the first electrode pole is connected to the first electrode terminal, and
• wherein the cover assembly is provided with a receiving groove, and an orthographic projection of a connection redundant part generated between the first electrode pole and the first electrode terminal on a surface of the cover assembly close to the first electrode terminal is within the receiving groove.

An electrical equipment comprising a battery,

• wherein the battery comprises a battery cover comprising:
• a cover assembly provided with a first through hole;
• a first electrode terminal attached to the cover assembly;
• and
• a first electrode pole penetrating through the first through hole, wherein a first end of the first electrode pole is connected to the first electrode terminal, and
• wherein the cover assembly is provided with a receiving groove, and an orthographic projection of a connection redundant part generated between the first electrode pole and the first electrode terminal on a surface of the cover assembly close to the first electrode terminal is within the receiving groove.
