Display panel and display device comprising the same

A display panel, comprising:

• a bending area;
• a display area including a thin film transistor;
• a first substrate;
• a second substrate disposed to face the first substrate;
• an etch stop layer disposed in the bending area;
• and
• a sealant disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate,
• wherein the sealant includes:
• a first sealant disposed in the display area;
• and
• a second sealant disposed between the etch stop layer and the second substrate.

A display device, comprising:

• a display area for displaying an image;
• a driving circuit area including a driving circuit for driving the display area;
• and
• a non-display area including a bending area disposed to extend in a first direction,
• wherein:
• the bending area includes an etch stop layer disposed to extend in the first direction, and
• a separating layer disposed to extend in the first direction;
• and
• the separating layer includes a concave portion disposed to extend in the first direction.
