• a positive electrode plate, the positive electrode plate comprising a positive electrode active material, the positive electrode active material comprising a first lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide and a second lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide, a molar content of nickel element in the second lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide among all its transition metal elements being greater than that of nickel element in the first lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide among all its transition metal elements, wherein in the second lithium-nickel-cobalt-manganese oxide, the molar content of the nickel element among all transition metal elements is greater than or equal to 0.8;
• and
• a negative electrode plate, the negative electrode plate comprising a negative electrode active material, the negative electrode active material comprising a silicon-based material and a carbon-based material.
