Property monitoring and management using a drone

A method comprising:

• maintaining a database comprising (i) first data identifying a set of conditions, (ii) second data identifying a set of drone actions to perform at a property, and (iii) third data that links at least one action with a corresponding condition from the set of conditions and that is to be performed when the corresponding condition is detected;
• accessing one or more images captured by a sensor at the property;
• detecting, using the accessed images, a condition of the property that is included in the set of conditions in the maintained database;
• selecting, using the detected condition and the third data and from among the set of drone actions in the maintained database, a drone action to perform;
• and
• transmitting a signal to a drone at the property to cause the drone to perform the drone action.

A system comprising one or more computers and one or more storage devices on which are stored instructions that are operable, when executed by the one or more computers, to cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:

• maintaining a database comprising (i) first data identifying a set of conditions, (ii) second data identifying a set of drone actions to perform at a property, and (iii) third data that links at least one action with a corresponding condition from the set of conditions and that is to be performed when the corresponding condition is detected;
• accessing one or more images captured by a sensor at the property;
• detecting, using the accessed images, a condition of the property that is included in the set of conditions in the maintained database;
• selecting, using the detected condition and the third data and from among the set of drone actions in the maintained database, a drone action to perform;
• and
• transmitting a signal to a drone at the property to cause the drone to perform the drone action.

One or more computer storage media encoded with instructions that, when executed by one or more computers, cause the one or more computers to perform operations comprising:

• maintaining a database comprising (i) first data identifying a set of conditions, (ii) second data identifying a set of drone actions to perform at a property, and (iii) third data that links at least one action with a corresponding condition from the set of conditions and that is to be performed when the corresponding condition is detected;
• accessing one or more images captured by a sensor at the property;
• detecting, using the accessed images, a condition of the property that is included in the set of conditions in the maintained database;
• selecting, using the detected condition and the third data and from among the set of drone actions in the maintained database, a drone action to perform;
• and
• transmitting a signal to a drone at the property to cause the drone to perform the drone action.
