Provided is an anti-ILT4 single-domain antibody and antigen-binding fragment thereof. Also provided are a method of using it for the treatment or prevention of a disease in a subject, and a method of preparing the antibody and antigen-binding fragment thereof.

An anti-ILT4 single-domain antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof, wherein the single-domain antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3, and the CDR1, CDR2 and CDR3 comprise, respectively, an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID NOs:
- 1-3, or a sequence having at least 80% identity to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NOs:
