A notification method executed by a notification apparatus, comprising:

• an intellectual function evaluation step of evaluating a plurality of intellectual functions relating to a physical condition of a user, based on biological information of the user;
• a speech information acquisition step of acquiring speech information of the user;
• a speech information evaluation step of evaluating a speech analysis result relating to the physical condition of the user, based on the speech information;
• and
• a notification step of notifying the user of notification information corresponding to the physical condition of the user, based on a combination of an evaluation result of the intellectual function evaluation step and an evaluation result of the speech information evaluation step.

A non-transitory computer readable recording medium recording a program for causing a notification apparatus controlled by a computer to function as:

• an intellectual function evaluation unit configured to evaluate a plurality of intellectual functions relating to a physical condition of a user, based on biological information of the user;
• a speech acquisition unit configured to acquire speech information of the user;
• a speech evaluation unit configured to evaluate a speech analysis result relating to the physical condition of the user, based on the speech information;
• and
• a notification control unit configured to notify the user of notification information corresponding to the physical condition of the user, based on a combination of an evaluation result from the intellectual function evaluation unit and an evaluation result from the speech evaluation unit.
