Abstract
A device adapted to monitor the follicles and to assess the thickness of the endometrium of a subject, comprises: a) an elongated member having a tip that houses an ultrasound probe; b) a handle adapted to be held in the hand of a subject; and c) a mechanism suitable to angularly displace said handle relative to said elongated member.

A device adapted to monitor the follicles and to assess the thickness of the endometrium of a subject, comprising:
- a) an elongated member having a tip that houses an ultrasound probe;
- b) a handle adapted to be held in the hand of a subject;
- and
- c) a mechanism suitable to angularly displace said handle relative to said elongated member;
- wherein the angular displacement mechanism is housed in a housing positioned between the elongated member and the handle;
- and
- wherein the device is provided with an indexing arrangement adapted to indicate a current angular displacement.
