Outdoor traveling device

An outdoor traveling device, comprising:

• a walking mechanism comprising walking wheels and a walking motor for driving a walking wheel of the walking wheels to rotate;
• a parking brake mechanism configured to brake rotation of the walking mechanism;
• a power supply mechanism for supplying power to at least the walking mechanism and the parking brake mechanism;
• and
• a controller configured to control the parking brake mechanism to switch between a braking state for braking the walking mechanism and an unlocking state for releasing the walking mechanism from braking control the parking brake mechanism to enter the braking state when receiving a braking instruction, and output a control signal for reversely rotating the walking motor to a driver circuit based on the current-related parameter to control the walking motor when in the braking state.

An outdoor traveling device, comprising:

• a walking mechanism comprising walking wheels and a walking motor, having an output shaft, for driving a walking wheel of the walking wheels to rotate;
• a reduction mechanism configured to convert and transmit torque of the walking motor to the walking wheel;
• and
• a parking brake mechanism configured to brake rotation of the walking mechanism and located at least in part between the walking motor and the reduction mechanism in an extension direction of the output shaft.
