A method performed by a user equipment (UE), wherein
- in a case where the UE is switched on,
- the method comprises selecting a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) based on a received signal quality of a first PLMN being equal to or greater than the Operator controlled signal threshold per access technology stored in a User Services Identity Module (USIM) of the UE.
A user equipment (UE) comprising:
- one or more memories storing instructions;
- and
- one or more processors configured to process the instructions to control the UE, wherein
- in a case where the UE is switched on,
- the one or more processors are configured to process the instructions to control the UE to select a Public Land Mobile Network (PLMN) based on a received signal quality of a first PLMN being equal to or greater than the Operator controlled signal threshold per access technology stored in a User Services Identity Module (USIM) of the UE.
