Abstract
A filter assembly 1 disposed in an air discharge pipe of a clothing treatment apparatus includes: a cap fixed to a housing of the clothing treatment apparatus and connected to one end of the air discharge pipe; a filter disposed in the cap and configured to filter and block foam and moisture vapor; and a flow switching cover detachably disposed in the cap and configured to switch a flow direction of air passing through the filter.

A filter assembly disposed in an air discharge pipe of a clothing treatment apparatus, the filter assembly comprising:
- a cap configured to be fixed to a housing of the clothing treatment apparatus and connected to one end of the air discharge pipe;
- a filter disposed in the cap and configured to filter and block foam and moisture vapor;
- and
- a flow switching cover detachably disposed in the cap and configured to change a flow direction of air passing through the filter.
