Abstract
An amino lipid compound, a preparation method therefor, a composition thereof and an application thereof. Specifically disclosed are an amino lipid compound represented by formula (I), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a stereoisomer thereof, and a use thereof in preparing a lipid nanoparticle for delivering an active ingredient, and a composition containing the amino lipid compound, especially a lipid nanoparticle, and a use thereof.

An amino lipid compound having a structure of formula (II) or formula (III):
- or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof or a stereoisomer thereof,
- wherein:
- Z7 and Z8 are each independently —(C═O)O— or —O(C═O)—;
- A3, A6 and A7 are each independently C1-C12 hydrocarbylene, cyclohydrocarbyl, phenyl, heterocycle, or a bond;
- A4 is C1-C12 hydrocarbylene, cyclohydrocarbyl, phenyl or heterocycle;
- R1 and R2 are each independently H, C1-C18 hydrocarbyl, cyclohydrocarbyl, phenyl, or heterocycle;
- or R1 and R2, together with the nitrogen atom to which they are attached, form 4- to 7-membered heterocycle;
- R3 is C1-C18 hydrocarbyl, cyclohydrocarbyl, phenyl, or heterocycle;
- and
- R4 and R5 are each independently C1-C24 hydrocarbyl, cyclohydrocarbyl, phenyl, or heterocycle.
