The outer multipart decorative unit may include any suitable structures or features configured to provide a unique, diversified and creative decorative design for the non-dispensing multilayer multipart decorative screw cap. The inner screw unit and the outer multipart decorative unit are permanently bonded together to form the non-dispensing multilayer multipart decorative screw cap, wherein the inner screw unit is disposed at least partially within the outer multipart decorative unit.
