The protruding portion protrudes toward the outside of the block beyond a block end on an opposite side of the slit. The shoulder main groove is formed with a groove bottom protrusion in which a groove bottom is raised from a portion adjacent to an opening portion of the slit so as to connect to the protruding portion.
