Chair Cover and Blanket With Detachable Layers

A chair cover, the chair cover comprising:

• a first layer comprised of a durable waterproof polymeric material;
• a second layer comprised of a plush washable blanket material;
• a hood configured to fit over a back of a chair and one or more straps for detachably attaching the chair cover to a chair;
• at least one wrap configured to cover a user when a user sits in the chair and at least one wrap pouch configured to contain the at least one wrap when the at least one wrap is not in use;
• a durable waterproof shell configured to cover the first layer, the second layer, and the chair when the chair is not in use and at least one shell pouch configured to contain the shell when the shell is not in use;
• and
• a head rest,
• wherein the first layer is configured to substantially cover the chair and protect the chair from a surrounding environment,
• wherein the second layer is configured to substantially cover the first layer and provide a comfortable surface for a user when the chair is in use,
• wherein the at least one wrap is comprised of plush washable material, and
• wherein the chair cover is further sized and configured to lay flat for use as a throw blanket or picnic blanket when the chair cover is in a state not attached to a chair.
