Abstract
Methods, systems, and apparatus for reconfiguring a bed frame are described. Biometric information regarding a user is obtained. A bed frame configuration is determined based on the biometric information and the bed frame is reconfigured based on the determined bed frame configuration and a detection of an absence of a sleep event that benefits from mitigation.

A method for configuring a bed frame, the method comprising:
- obtaining biometric information corresponding to a user;
- determining a bed frame configuration based on the biometric information;
- and
- reconfiguring the bed frame based on the determined bed frame configuration and a detection of an absence of a sleep event that benefits from mitigation.

An adjustable bed frame system comprising:
- a bed frame;
- a bed frame adjuster configured to mechanically configure the bed frame;
- and
- a bed frame controller configured to control, by sending control signals to the bedframe adjuster, a reconfiguration of the bed frame based on a detection of an absence of a sleep event that benefits from mitigation.
