Random access report transmission method and communication apparatus

An apparatus, comprising:

• at least one processor coupled to one or more memories storing programming instructions that are executable by the at least one processor to perform operations comprising:
• determining a first message, wherein the first message includes an identifier of a first primary secondary cell of the terminal, an identifier of a second primary secondary cell of the terminal, and a container, the container includes a random access report of the first primary secondary cell and a random access report of the second primary secondary cell, and the identifier of the first primary secondary cell is different from the identifier of the second primary secondary cell:
• and
• sending the first message to a primary base station of the terminal.

A method, wherein the method comprises:

• receiving a first message from the terminal, wherein the first message includes an identifier of a first primary secondary cell of the terminal, an identifier of a second primary secondary cell of the terminal, and a container, the container includes a random access report of the first primary secondary cell and a random access report of the second primary secondary cell, and the identifier of the first primary secondary cell is different from the identifier of the second primary secondary cell:
• determining a first secondary base station based on the identifier of the first primary secondary cell:
• determining a second secondary base station based on the identifier of the second primary secondary cell;
• and
• sending the container to the first secondary base station and the second secondary base station.
