Abstract
A wireless device transmits a radio link failure report indicating a connection failure with a base station. The radio link failure report comprises: an identifier of a cell in which a radio link failure occurs, a measurement result of the cell, and a subcarrier spacing parameter indicating a subcarrier spacing of a bandwidth part (BWP) associated with the connection failure.

A wireless device comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to:
- transmit a radio link failure report indicating a connection failure with a base station, wherein the radio link failure report comprises:
- an identifier of a cell in which a radio link failure occurs;
- a measurement result of the cell;
- and
- a subcarrier spacing parameter indicating a subcarrier spacing of a bandwidth part (BWP) associated with the connection failure.
