A medical therapy system comprising:

• a medical therapy device that includes a housing and an electronic processing circuitry supported by the housing, the electronic processing circuitry configured to:
• cause provision of therapy to a patient;
• generate a compliance data reflecting a degree to which a duration of provision of therapy has complied with a therapy prescription;
• and
• cause the compliance data to be communicated to at least one remote computing device;
• and
• a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor of the at least one remote computing device, cause the at least one processor to:
• determine that the compliance data does not satisfy a compliance threshold;
• and
• in response to determining that the compliance data does not satisfy the compliance threshold, cause provision of an indication that the compliance data does not satisfy the compliance threshold.

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor of at least one computing device, cause the at least one processor to:

• obtain from a medical therapy device a compliance data reflecting a degree to which a duration of provision of therapy to a patient has complied with a therapy prescription;
• determine that the compliance data does not satisfy a compliance threshold;
• and
• in response to determining that the compliance data does not satisfy the compliance threshold, cause provision of an indication that the compliance data does not satisfy the compliance threshold.

A medical therapy system comprising:

• a housing;
• a treatment source supported by the housing and configured to provide therapy to a patient;
• and
• an electronic processing circuitry supported by the housing and configured to:
• cause the treatment source to provide therapy to a patient in accordance with a therapy prescription;
• track a location of the housing;
• and
• provide a first indication in response to the location of the housing being outside a particular geographic area.
