Abstract
A composition with exogenous mitochondria as active ingredients, and a use thereof and a cell repairing method therefor. The composition includes exogenous mitochondria and at least one pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable carrier. The composition may further include an adjuvant, and the adjuvant is selected from a group consisting of serum, plasma, complement and at least the above two ingredients. The exogenous mitochondria are obtained from cells by a centrifugal purification method.
Claims5
A method for reducing wrinkles and skin aging phenomena, comprising:
- mixing exogenous mitochondria with C3 complement for one hour to obtain a mixture, wherein a concentration of the C3 complement is 20 μg/mL;
- centrifuging the mixture to remove a supernatant and the C3 complement within the supernatant and obtain the exogenous mitochondria treated with C3 complement within a precipitate;
- and
- administrating an effective dosage of a composition into an individual, wherein the composition comprises:
- the exogenous mitochondria treated with C3 complement;
- and
- at least one pharmaceutically or cosmetically acceptable carrier.
