Connector unit and vehicle-mounted connector device

A connector unit comprising:

• a printed wiring board having a flat plate shape, and including a first region and a second region that is adjacent to the first region;
• an interface connector mounted on the first region of the printed wiring board, and including a shell having a non-watertight structure;
• a waterproof sealing member that covers a boundary between the first region and the second region of the printed wiring board;
• and
• a case including an opening portion for allowing insertion/removal of a mating connector of the interface connector, the case being for housing the printed wiring board, the interface connector, and the waterproof sealing member, wherein
• the waterproof sealing member is formed so as to cover an outer periphery of the boundary of the printed wiring board and an inner periphery of the case facing toward the outer periphery of the boundary in a close contact manner and separate inside of the case into the first region side and the second region side across the waterproof sealing member, and
• the second region side inside the case is a waterproof region.
