Arginase inhibitor and pharmaceutical composition comprising the same

A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• in Chemical Formula 1,
• R1 and R2 are each independently hydrogen;
• a C1-4 alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted with amino, (C1-4 alkyl)amino, or di(C1-4 alkyl)amino;
• or -L1-R′1,
• L1 is —CO—, —CO—O—, —(CO)—O—(C1-4 alkylene)-O—(CO)—, or —CH2—O—CO—,
• R′1 is —CH(NH2)—RA, —CH(N(CH3)2)—RA, RB, or RC,
• R3 is hydroxy, or -L3-R′3,
• L3 is —NH—, —O—, or —O—(CH2)n3—O—CO—,
• R′3 is —CH(COOH)—RA, —CH(NH2)—RA, RB, or RC,
• each RA is independently hydrogen;
• or a C1-6 alkyl which is unsubstituted or substituted with hydroxy, mercapto, hydroseleno, guanidino, amino, carboxy, carbamoyl, C1-6 alkylthio, phenyl, hydroxyphenyl, or C4-10 heteroaryl containing one or two N,
• each RB is independently a C4-10 heterocycloalkyl containing N,
• each Rc is independently a C1-6 alkyl group which is unsubstituted or substituted with a C6-10 aryl or a C4-10 heterocycloalkyl containing N;
• a C6-10 aryl which is unsubstituted or substituted with a C1-6 alkoxy;
• or a C3-6 cycloalkyl, and
• n3 is an integer of 1 to 3.
