Abstract
A water-soluble polymer may include a first water-soluble polymer of formula (3): wherein R8 is a linear or branched alkyl group with 6 to 20 carbon atoms, R9 is a hydrophilic group, R10 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, Y2 is a single bond, —S—, —S(═O)—, —C(═O)—O—, or —O—, and p2 is an average number of repetitions and is a number in a range of from 1 to 50.

A water-soluble polymer, comprising:
- a first water-soluble polymer of formula (3):
- wherein
- R8 is a linear or branched alkyl group with 6 to 20 carbon atoms,
- R9 is a hydrophilic group,
- R10 is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group,
- Y2 is a single bond, —S—, —S(═O)—, —C(═O)—O—, or —O—, and
- p2 is an average number of repetitions and is a number in a range of from 1 to 50.
