A quaternary ammonium compound of Formula:

• wherein the quaternary amine has a balancing pharmaceutically acceptable anion;
• wherein
• m is 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, or 17;
• n is 0, 1, or 2;
• o is 1 or 2;
• Q is —CR4R4—;
• R1 is hydrogen or ethyl;
• R4 is independently at each occurrence selected from hydrogen, C1-3alkyl, C2-4alkenyl, C2-4alkynyl, halogen, and haloC1-3alkyl;
• R5 is hydrogen;
• R6 is independently at each occurrence selected from hydrogen, hydroxy, and C1-C6alkoxy;
• and
• R7 and R8 are independently at each occurrence selected from C1-C6alkyl.
