Remote control of functional parameters and rendering of operational preview of electronic device

A method, comprising:

• in a first electronic device:
• receiving a user input indicative of one or more control commands to operate a second electronic device associated with the first electronic device, wherein
• the one or more control commands correspond to a requested set of changes in values of one or more functional parameters of the second electronic device;
• determining the requested set of changes in the values of the one or more functional parameters, based on the received user input;
• controlling the second electronic device to operate based on the determined requested set of changes in the values of the one or more functional parameters;
• and
• controlling, at least one of the first electronic device or the second electronic device, to render a first operational preview associated with the determined requested set of changes, based on the control of the second electronic device.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium having stored thereon, computer-executable instructions that when executed by a first electronic device, causes the first electronic device to execute operations, the operations comprising:

• receiving a user input indicative of one or more control commands to operate a second electronic device associated with the first electronic device, wherein
• the one or more control commands correspond to a requested set of changes in values of one or more functional parameters of the second electronic device;
• determining the requested set of changes in the values of the one or more functional parameters, based on the received user input;
• controlling the second electronic device to operate based on the determined requested set of changes in the values of the one or more functional parameters;
• and
• controlling, at least one of the first electronic device or the second electronic device, to render a first operational preview associated with the determined requested set of changes, based on the control of the second electronic device.
