Terminal apparatus that efficiently changes communication parameters in accordance with traffic characteristics

A terminal apparatus, comprising:

• a recognition unit configured to recognize a first packet of burst data in a case where a frame generated by an application executed by the terminal apparatus is transmitted as the burst data, the burst data being obtained by dividing the frame into a plurality of packets;
• a specification unit configured to specify a cycle of the burst data and jitter of the burst data based on a result of the recognition;
• a report unit configured to report a result of the specification to a base station apparatus;
• and
• an obtainment unit configured to obtain, from the base station apparatus, information related to a frame on which a report is to be made by the report unit.
