Abstract
An electrolytic capacitor includes a capacitor element and a liquid component, wherein the capacitor element includes an anode body having a dielectric layer and a solid electrolyte in contact with the dielectric layer, the liquid component contains a solvent and a solute, the solvent contains a glycol ether as a first component, the glycol ether contains at least one selected from the group consisting of monoalkyl ether and dialkyl ether, and the glycol ether has a —(CH2O)n— structure, where n is an integer of 1 or more.

An electrolytic capacitor comprising:
- a capacitor element;
- and
- a liquid component,
- wherein the capacitor element includes an anode body having a dielectric layer and a solid electrolyte in contact with the dielectric layer,
- the liquid component contains a solvent and a solute,
- the solvent contains a glycol ether as a first component,
- the glycol ether contains at least one selected from the group consisting of a monoalkyl ether and a dialkyl ether, and
- the glycol ether has a —(CH2O)n— structure, where n is an integer of 1 or more.
