Abstract
The disclosure relates to a 5G or 6G communication system for supporting a higher data transmission rate. The disclosure provides a method performed by a user equipment (UE) and a user equipment. The method comprises: determining whether a conflict condition is satisfied or whether a conflict occurs based on resources related to a first signal and resources related to a reference signal for positioning: transmitting and/or receiving the first signal and/or the reference signal for positioning based on the result of the determination.
Claims15
A method performed by a terminal in a communication system, the method comprising:
- determining whether a conflict condition is satisfied or whether a conflict occurs based on resources related to a first signal and resources related to a reference signal for positioning;
- and
- communicating, based on a result of the determination, at least one of the first signal or the reference signal for positioning.
A terminal in a communication system, the terminal comprising:
- a transceiver, and
- a processor coupled to the transceiver and configured to:
- determine whether a conflict condition is satisfied or whether a conflict occurs based on resources related to a first signal and resources related to a reference signal for positioning;
- and
- communicate, based on a result of the determination, at least one of the first signal or the reference signal for positioning.
A method performed by a base station in a communication system, the method comprising:
- transmitting configuration information related to positioning;
- and
- communicating at least one of a first signal or a reference signal for positioning associated with the configuration information in case that a conflict condition is satisfied or a conflict occurs,
- wherein the conflict condition or the conflict is related to resources related to the first signal and resources related to the reference signal for positioning.
A base station in a communication system, the base station comprising:
- a transceiver, and
- a processor coupled to the transceiver and configured to:
- transmit configuration information related to positioning;
- and
- communicate at least one of a first signal or a reference signal for positioning associated with the configuration information in case that a conflict condition is satisfied or a conflict occurs,
- wherein the conflict condition or the conflict is related to resources related to the first signal and resources related to the reference signal for positioning.
