• a user identity display module, configured to display at least one user identity in a preset user identity set in a first region in a preset interface;
• an interactive panel display module, configured to display a preset interactive panel in a second region of the preset interface in response to a first trigger operation on a first user identity displayed in the first region, and show at least one preset interactive control in the preset interactive panel, wherein the first user identity is comprised in the at least one user identity, and the preset interactive control is used to be triggered by a current user to send a message to a first user corresponding to the first user identity.
