Abstract
An adhesive film has an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a heat-resistant layer, wherein the heat-resistant layer contains a thermoplastic resin having an aromatic ring in a monomer unit as an essential component, the heat-resistant layer has a load deflection temperature of 100° C. or higher, and the adhesive layer contains an imine-modified polyolefin resin or a modified polyolefin resin having a carbodiimide group as an essential component.
Claims11
An adhesive film having an adhesive layer on at least one surface of a heat-resistant layer,
- wherein the heat-resistant layer contains a thermoplastic resin having an aromatic ring in a monomer unit as an essential component,
- wherein the heat-resistant layer has a load deflection temperature of 100° C. or higher, and
- wherein the adhesive layer contains an imine-modified polyolefin resin or a modified polyolefin resin having a carbodiimide group as an essential component.
