Abstract
A display apparatus includes a substrate including a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area. A first active pattern is arranged in the display area. A first gate electrode is disposed of the first active pattern. A second active pattern is disposed on the first gate electrode. A second gate electrode is disposed on the second active pattern. A dummy pattern is arranged in the peripheral area. The dummy pattern extends in a first direction. The dummy pattern is disposed on a same layer as the second gate electrode.

A display apparatus comprising:
- a substrate comprising a display area and a peripheral area outside the display area;
- a first active pattern arranged in the display area;
- a first gate electrode disposed on the first active pattern;
- a second active pattern disposed on the first gate electrode;
- a second gate electrode disposed on the second active pattern;
- and
- a dummy pattern arranged in the peripheral area, the dummy pattern extending in a first direction,
- wherein the dummy pattern is disposed on a same layer as the second gate electrode.
