Method of fabricating array substrate, array substrate and display device

An organic light emitting diode display device comprising a display area, wherein a first thin film transistor and a second thin film transistor are arranged in the display area, the first thin film transistor comprises a first active layer, the second thin film transistor comprises a second active layer, a material of the first active layer is different from a material of the second active layer,

• wherein the organic light emitting diode display device further comprises:
• a substrate;
• the second active layer on the substrate;
• a second gate of the second thin film transistor on a side of the second active layer away from the substrate;
• the first active layer on a side of the second gate away from the substrate;
• a first gate of the first thin film transistor on a side of the first active layer away from the substrate;
• a first source and drain of the first thin film transistor on a side of the first gate away from the substrate;
• a second source or drain of the second thin film transistor in a same layer as the first source and drain;
• a first data line in a same layer as the second source and drain;
• a first planarization layer on a side of the first data line away from the substrate;
• a second data line on a side of the first planarization layer away from the substrate;
• a wiring area provided with a groove;
• a wiring in the groove;
• and
• a second auxiliary electrode on the side of the first planarization layer away from the substrate,
• wherein at least a portion of the groove is filled by the first planarization layer, the wiring is on the side of the first planarization layer away from the substrate, and the wiring is in a same layer as the second data line, and
• wherein an orthographic projection of the second auxiliary electrode on the substrate at least partially overlaps with an orthographic projection of the second gate on the substrate.
