Identifying ue-to-ue communication and relaying traffic via ue-to-ue communication

An apparatus, in a first user equipment, comprising:

• at least one processor and at least one memory including computer program code, the at least one memory and the computer program code configured to, with the at least one processor, cause the apparatus at least to perform:
• receiving a discovery message, wherein the discovery message includes connection information including at least one of a first connection information and a second connection information for a connection to a second user equipment via a relay user equipment, wherein the second user equipment is capable of providing a relay to a service network,
• selecting the relay user equipment for the connection to the second user equipment based on the received discovery message,
• establishing a direct connection with the selected relay user equipment for the connection to the second user equipment based on the connection information;
• and
• using the connection to the second user equipment to communicate with the service network.
