Abstract
A measurement method is performed by a terminal, and includes: obtaining a measurement value of a target measurement, wherein the target measurement includes at least one of a radio link monitor (RLM) measurement or a radio resource management (RRM) measurement; and determining a target event triggered by the terminal based on the measurement value and reference information corresponding to the target measurement, wherein the target event includes a relaxation entering event or a relaxation exiting event.

A measurement method, performed by a terminal, comprising:
- obtaining a measurement value of a target measurement, wherein the target measurement comprises at least one of a radio link monitor (RLM) measurement or a radio resource management (RRM) measurement;
- and
- determining a target event triggered by the terminal based on the measurement value and reference information corresponding to the target measurement, wherein the target event comprises a relaxation entering event or a relaxation exiting event.

- receiving at least one of a target event or a measurement value sent by a terminal, wherein the measurement value is a measurement value of a target measurement, the target measurement comprises at least one of a radio link monitor (RLM) measurement or a radio resource management (RRM) measurement, the target event is determined based on the measurement value and reference information corresponding to the target measurement, and the target event comprises a relaxation entering event or a relaxation exiting event.

- a memory having computer programs stored thereon,
- wherein the processor is configured to:
