Abstract
A wireless communication network selects a relay slice and a network slice for a user communication device. The wireless communication network transfers network signaling for the user communication device to the relay slice and to the network slice. The relay slice exchanges user data for the user communication device with the network slice in response to the network signaling. The network slice exchanges the user data for the user communication device with the relay slice in response to the network signaling.

A method comprising:
- selecting a relay slice and a network slice for a user communication device;
- transferring network signaling for the user communication device to the relay slice and to the network slice;
- and
- exchanging user data for the user communication device over the relay slice and the network slice in response to the network signaling.

- selecting a first network slice in a wireless network node for a user device;
- selecting a second network slice in a wireless network infrastructure for the user device responsive to the selection of the first network slice in the wireless network node;
