Abstract
In one example, a system comprises a vector-by-matrix multiplication array comprising an array of non-volatile memory cells arranged in rows and columns; and a sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter to receive a current from a column of the vector-by-matrix multiplication array and to generate a digital output in response to the current.
Claims26
A system comprising:
- a vector-by-matrix multiplication array comprising an array of non-volatile memory cells arranged in rows and columns;
- and
- a sigma-delta analog-to-digital converter to receive a current from a column of the vector-by-matrix multiplication array and to generate a digital output in response to the current.
A system comprising:
- a vector-by-matrix multiplication array comprising an array of non-volatile memory cells arranged in rows and columns;
- and
- an analog-to-digital converter to receive a current from a column of the vector-by-matrix multiplication array and to generate a digital output in response to the current, wherein a variable charge or a variable current is injected by an injection circuit to keep a voltage of the column approximately constant during operation.
A method comprising:
- converting current from an array of non-volatile memory cells arranged in rows and columns into digital output bits, the converting comprising injecting a variable charge or a variable current until a voltage of a column is equal to a reference voltage within a target voltage range.
