Abstract

A notification system includes a terminal information acquisition unit configured to acquire position information of a parent terminal (see FIG. 2) and position information of a child terminal (see FIG. 3) that performs communication with the parent terminal, and to acquire a positional relationship between the parent terminal and the child terminal, a detection unit configured to detect that the positional relationship between the parent terminal and the child terminal satisfies a condition that is set in advance, a sound acquisition unit configured to acquire a sound of surroundings of the child terminal, in a case where the detection unit detects that the positional relationship between the parent terminal and the child terminal satisfies the condition that is set in advance, and a sound information output unit configured to output, from the parent terminal, information that is based on the sound acquired by the sound acquisition unit.
