Solution-determination system

A solution-determination method performed by a solution-determination system including a plurality of optimization processing units that perform solution-determination of a single optimization problem by neighborhood search, the solution-determination method comprising:

• identifying a first optimization processing unit which is at least one optimization processing unit, and second optimization processing units which are another plurality of optimization processing units on a basis of solutions determined at the respective optimization processing units;
• and
• selecting some optimization processing units of the second optimization processing units as alteration-target optimization processing units whose search areas are to be altered, on the basis of the solutions determined at the respective optimization processing units.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a program for causing an information processing device including a plurality of optimization processing units that perform solution-determination of a single optimization problem by neighborhood search to execute processes of:

• identifying a first optimization processing unit which is at least one optimization processing unit, and second optimization processing units which are another plurality of optimization processing units on a basis of solutions determined at the respective optimization processing units;
• and
• selecting some optimization processing units of the second optimization processing units as alteration-target optimization processing units whose search areas are to be altered, on the basis of the solutions determined at the respective optimization processing units.
