An information processing method executed by a computer and including:

• a reception step of receiving input information from a user for a service for a specific purpose in a dialogue format using generative AI that generates output information corresponding to input information;
• a first acquisition step of inputting information including the input information received through the reception step, to the generative AI, and acquiring output information corresponding to the input information, from the generative AI;
• a second acquisition step of acquiring information corresponding to the output information acquired through the first acquisition step;
• a first generation step of generating answer information corresponding to the input information, on the basis of the information acquired through the second acquisition step, the information corresponding to the output information;
• a provision step of providing the answer information generated through the first generation step, to the user;
• and
• a second generation step of generating, as a history of dialogues with the user, a user dialogue history to be input to the generative AI, on the basis of the output information acquired through the first acquisition step.

A non-transitory computer readable storage medium having stored an information processing program that causes a computer to execute:

• a reception process of receiving input information from a user for a service for a specific purpose in a dialogue format using generative AI that generates output information corresponding to input information;
• a first acquisition process of inputting information including the input information received through the reception process, to the generative AI, and acquiring output information corresponding to the input information, from the generative AI;
• a second acquisition process of acquiring information corresponding to the output information acquired through the first acquisition process;
• a first generation process of generating answer information corresponding to the input information, on the basis of the information acquired through the second acquisition process, the information corresponding to the output information;
• a provision process of providing the answer information generated through the first generation process, to the user;
• and
• a second generation process of generating, as a history of dialogues with the user, a user dialogue history to be input to the generative AI, on the basis of the output information acquired through the first acquisition process.
