Systems and methods for on demand service integration

A system for on demand integration, the system comprising:

• a memory storing instructions;
• and
• at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations comprising:
• receiving, from a customer system, a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance, the integrator instance being located at the customer system;
• requesting a communication template from the partner service;
• sending a request based on the communication template to the partner service;
• and
• configuring the integrator instance at the customer system to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the communication template.

A method for on demand integration, the method comprising:

• receiving from a customer system a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance, the integrator instance being located at the customer system;
• requesting a communication template from the partner service;
• sending a request based on the communication template to the partner service;
• and
• configuring the integrator instance at the customer system to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the communication template.

A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing code for on demand integration, the code comprising instructions executable to:

• receive, from a customer system, a request to integrate a partner service with an integrator instance, the integrator instance being located at the customer system;
• request a communication template from the partner service;
• send a request based on the communication template to the partner service;
• and
• configure the integrator instance at the customer system to receive communications from a partner service instance based on the communication template.
