System and method for device interoperability and synchronization

A device interoperability system for one or more user devices associated with a user, wherein:

• the one or more user devices comprises a first user device;
• and
• the device interoperability system comprises:
• a communications module, wherein:
• a first connection is established between the first user device and the communications module, storage coupled to the communications module, wherein the storage stores:
• an operating system,
• one or more programs, and
• data associated with the user, further wherein:
• the operating system is booted by the first user device via the first connection, the operating system runs on the first user device, and
• the operating system uses one or more processing capabilities of the first user device for operation, and
• one or more processors to support the device interoperability system.
