Provided is an apparatus comprising a memory unit which stores setting data for a container image acquired from a first server, a container acquisition unit which acquires a first container image from the first server, and a performance unit which runs the first container image by providing the setting data, thereby implementing a container-type apparatus unit which acquires a first state data indicating a state of a facility, where the container acquisition unit further acquires from the first server a second container image which is different from the first container image, and the apparatus further comprises a container updating unit which causes the performance unit to provide the setting data and run the second container image, thereby updating the container-type apparatus unit which is based on the first container image to the container-type apparatus unit which is based on the second container image.
