Preventing out-of-memory conditions for browser applications

A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, when executed by one or more processors of a computing device, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:

• during a user interface (UI) design session in which a user interacts with a UI design file via a browser application, monitoring browser memory usage by the browser application;
• detecting the browser memory usage by the browser application exceeding a first memory threshold;
• and
• in response to detecting the browser memory exceeding the first memory threshold, providing, for a display component of the computing device, a menu of a plurality of UI pages of the UI design file, wherein each UI page of the plurality of UI pages presented in the menu includes a memory usage indicator.

A computer-implemented method of preventing out-of-memory conditions, the method being performed by one or more processors of a computing device and comprising:

• during a user interface (UI) design session in which a user interacts with a UI design file via a browser application, monitoring browser memory usage by the browser application;
• detecting the browser memory usage by the browser application exceeding a first memory threshold;
• and
• in response to detecting the browser memory exceeding the first memory threshold, providing, for a display component of the computing device, a menu of a plurality of UI pages of the UI design file, wherein each UI page of the plurality of UI pages presented in the menu includes a memory usage indicator.
