Abstract

A rotating shaft mechanism and an electronic device are provided. The lever body is connected to all of the first swing arm, the second swing arm, and the limiting member in a direction of a rotation axis. When the rotating shaft mechanism in this application is applied to a terminal with a foldable screen, both the first swing arm and the limiting member may be fastened to a middle frame, and the second swing arm may be supported on the first swing arm and the limiting member by using the lever body that penetrates into the second swing arm, so that a fastening area between the rotating shaft mechanism and the middle frame is relatively large, and support stability is relatively high, thereby meeting a rotation stability use requirement of the rotating shaft mechanism and improving reliability of the rotating shaft.
