An air monitoring system integrated within an air handler having air flow with constituents, comprising:
- a plurality of conductive impedimetric biosensors configured to monitor the constituents within the air flow of the air handler;
- a measurement device coupled to the plurality of conductive impedimetric biosensors and configured to measure changes in impedance, an electrical field, and ionic strength of at least one electrode current in contact with the air flow;
- a detection reader coupled to the plurality of conductive impedimetric biosensors and configured to interpret and analyze the measured electrical field and the ionic strength of the constituents within the air flow to detect a constituent having an existence of at least one predetermined biologic pathogen within the air flow;
- a location tracking device coupled to the plurality of conductive impedimetric biosensors and configured to track locational coordinates of the detected existence of the at least one predetermined biologic pathogen within the air flow;
- and
- at least one transmitter coupled to the location tracking device and configured to automatically alert and transmit location coordinates and the detected existence of the at least one predetermined biologic pathogen within the air flow to a user in real-time.
An air monitoring system integrated within an air handler having air flow with constituents, comprising:
