Sample test card and blood gas analyzer

A sample test card, applied to a blood gas analyzer, and comprising:

• a sample chamber;
• a reference solution chamber;
• a first electrode, arranged in the sample chamber and configured to obtain an electrochemical parameter of a sample, wherein the first electrode comprises a counter electrode and a plurality of ion electrodes;
• and
• a second electrode, arranged in the reference solution chamber and configured to obtain an electrochemical parameter of a reference solution, wherein the second electrode comprises a reference electrode;
• and
• wherein a third channel is defined between the sample chamber and the reference solution chamber, and the third channel accommodates an electrolyte filler;
• the electrolyte filler is capable of expanding to block the third channel after contacting at least one of the sample in the first channel and the reference solution in the second channel.

A blood gas analyzer, comprising a sample test card, wherein the sample test card comprises:

• a sample chamber;
• a reference solution chamber;
• a first electrode, arranged in the sample chamber and configured to obtain an electrochemical parameter of a sample, wherein the first electrode comprises a counter electrode and a plurality of ion electrodes;
• and
• a second electrode, arranged in the reference solution chamber and configured to obtain an electrochemical parameter of a reference solution, wherein the second electrode comprises a reference electrode;
• and
• wherein a third channel is defined between the sample chamber and the reference solution chamber, and the third channel accommodates an electrolyte filler;
• the electrolyte filler is capable of expanding to block the third channel after contacting at least one of the sample in the first channel and the reference solution in the second channel.
