Abstract
An optoelectronic component includes a carrier, at least one optoelectronic semiconductor chip, which is arranged on the carrier, and a housing which comprises a molded body. The housing at least partially surrounds the optoelectronic semiconductor chip. A reflective layer is arranged on at least one side surface of the optoelectronic semiconductor chip, and the carrier includes vias.

An optoelectronic component comprising:
- a carrier,
- at least one optoelectronic semiconductor chip, (2 which is arranged on the carrier, and
- a housing, which comprises a molded body, wherein the housing at least partially surrounds the optoelectronic semiconductor chip, wherein
- a reflective layer is arranged on at least one side surface of the optoelectronic semiconductor chip, and
- the carrier comprises vias.

A method for producing an optoelectronic component with the following steps:
- providing a carrier,
- applying an optoelectronic semiconductor chip on the carrier,
- applying a reflective layer on at least one side surface of the optoelectronic semiconductor chip, and
- at least partially molding the optoelectronic semiconductor chip with a housing, (4 which comprises a molded body, wherein
- the carrier comprises vias.
